A hilltop flat in Peyia village with a terrace the full width of the flat facing west over the sea and the Akamas coast, a communal pool, and Coral Bay's sandy beach 5 minutes down the hill by car. Peyia Tavern is 5 minutes on foot. For couples and families who want real Cyprus at a slower pace. The terrace is the reason people book this apartment. It runs the full width of the flat, facing west over the Mediterranean and the Akamas coastline, with a dining table, chairs and sunloungers set up out there all year: coffee in the morning, the sun dropping into the sea in the evening. Inside, the open-plan living and dining room has an L-shaped sofa and a large sliding door onto the terrace, so inside and outside flow into each other. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the quieter nights, and the bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout, a smart TV, WiFi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and the cutlery, plates, pans and cups to cook at home. The flat is self-catering, and we will have you set up for your first day or two: a starter pack will be in place when you arrive (no extras), and Philippos, 7 minutes on foot, has the rest. The building is Sunset Apartments 1, a quiet residential complex with a communal pool and free parking in front. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs; there is no lift.

House Rules

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. The apartment is self-catering, and we will have you set up for your first day or two (no extras provided). Anything else you need is close by at Philippos behind the church, 7 minutes on foot. The beds will be made up and a bath and face towel each laid out for you. Kindly note that this is the one set for your stay and no additional towels or linen are provided. The washing machine in the apartment is at your disposal whenever anything needs a quick wash. When you leave, we would be grateful if the dishes were washed and put back, any leftover food and the rubbish went out to the bins, the AC were switched off and the door and windows locked. You can leave the rest to us.
