Swim before breakfast in the resort pool, walk 1 minute to the sea, and be at the harbour tavernas 5 minutes later for dinner with the boats in front of you. A top-floor apartment inside the Basilica Holiday Resort, in the old heart of Kato Paphos: a king bed and 2 singles, air conditioning in every room, fibre WiFi, a full kitchen and Sklavenitis across the road. The resort pool and gym are yours as a guest. For a family or friends who want the harbour on foot and a pool to come back to. The apartment sits on the top floor of the Basilica Holiday Resort, in the old heart of Kato Paphos: 3 floors up with no lift, about 55 steps, and quiet once you are up. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom 2 singles, with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, and a high chair for the little ones. The apartment is equipped with fibre WiFi at 200 Mbps and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, and the cutlery, plates, pans and cups to cook at home. The flat is self-catering, and we will have you set up for your first day or two: a starter pack will be in place when you arrive (no extras), and Sklavenitis, directly across the road, has the rest.

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. The apartment is self-catering, and we will have you set up for your first day or two (no extras provided). Anything else you need is close by at Sklavenitis across the road, 1 minute on foot. The beds will be made up and a bath, face and pool towel each laid out for you. Kindly note that this is the one set for your stay and no additional towels or linen are provided. The resort's coin laundrette downstairs is there whenever anything needs a quick wash. When you leave, we would be grateful if the dishes were washed and put back, any leftover food went into the bin with the rest of the rubbish, the AC were switched off and the door and windows locked, and the key went back in the box. You can leave the rest to us.
