For Guests

How do I book a property?
Browse our properties at /stays, select your dates, and book directly through our website. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details for your stay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are processed in EUR.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to a partial charge. Specific terms are shown at the time of booking.
What types of properties do you offer?
We offer curated premium villas and apartments across Cyprus, primarily in Paphos, Coral Bay, and Limassol. Each property is hand-selected for quality, location, and amenities.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Specific times may vary by property and are shown on each listing page. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
What amenities are included?
All BluCove properties come with essentials including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, fresh linens, and towels. Many properties also feature private pools, BBQ areas, and sea views. Full amenity lists are shown on each property page.
Is Cyprus a good holiday destination?
Cyprus offers over 300 days of sunshine, stunning Mediterranean beaches, rich history, and excellent cuisine. It's one of the safest countries in Europe and is easily accessible with direct flights from most major cities. The Paphos region is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from Paphos International Airport or Larnaca International Airport to your property. Contact us after booking and we'll organise everything for you.

What is the Rent-to-Rent (R2R) model?
With our Rent-to-Rent model, BluCove leases your property for a fixed monthly rent — guaranteed income regardless of occupancy. We handle everything: furnishing, guest management, cleaning, maintenance, and marketing. You receive your rent every month with zero hassle.
What is Property Management (PM)?
Our Property Management model means BluCove manages your property on your behalf for a percentage-based fee. You retain ownership of the revenue, and we handle all operations including listings, guest communication, cleaning, and maintenance. You receive detailed monthly reports.
What does BluCove handle for property owners?
We provide end-to-end management: professional photography, listing optimisation across platforms, dynamic pricing, guest vetting and communication, professional cleaning, linen service, maintenance coordination, compliance with local regulations, and detailed financial reporting.
How is guaranteed rent calculated?
Guaranteed rent is based on the property's market potential, location, size, and condition. We conduct a thorough assessment and offer a competitive fixed monthly rate. This gives you predictable income without the uncertainty of seasonal fluctuations.
How do I get started as a property owner?
