Open the doors, take your coffee out to the pool and listen: birds in the garden, nothing else. The pool, the lush garden and the whole bungalow are yours alone, and at dusk the crickets take over. When you want company, Coral Bay's sandy beach and its tavernas are a 5-minute stroll down the road. A single-level bungalow refurbished in spring 2026, with a shaded terrace under the awning and a BBQ for the evenings. 2 more sleep on the sofa bed, with a cot and a high chair for the little ones. Everything inside is on one level, with just a few steps down to the pool area. The open-plan living and dining space has large sliding doors that open straight onto the pool terrace, filling the room with light. The living room has comfortable seating and a decorative stone fireplace, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a Tassimo coffee machine and an air fryer. The 3 bedrooms have hotel-grade mattresses, premium linen and blackout curtains for restful nights. It is calm and quiet, made for slow holiday mornings. The villa is self-catering, and we will have you set up for your first day or two: a starter pack will be in place when you arrive (no extras), and Philippos, 12 minutes on foot or 3 by car, has the rest and delivers to the villa.

Anything else you need is close by at Philippos, 12 minutes on foot. The beds will be made up and a bath, face and pool towel each laid out for you. Kindly note that this is the one set for your stay and no additional towels or linen are provided. The washing machine in the villa is at your disposal whenever anything needs a quick wash. When you leave, we would be grateful if the dishes were washed and put back, any leftover food and the rubbish went out to the bins, the AC were switched off and the door and windows locked. You can leave the rest to us.
