Wake up to the sea from your bedroom balcony, then head downstairs for coffee on the shaded terrace and a swim before breakfast. A two-floor apartment in a quiet residential complex in Chlorakas, a ten-minute walk from St George beach. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps five. Sea view from upstairs, communal pool downstairs, and shutters that give you proper blackout when you want a lie-in. Downstairs is open plan: kitchen, living and dining together. Glass doors lead out to a covered terrace with a pergola, lounge seating and a hanging egg chair, and your own small yard. Upstairs are both bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, the sea view, and its own decked balcony with two chairs and a parasol. The second has twin beds and a reading armchair. The bathroom is a walk-in rain shower finished in travertine, stocked the way a good hotel does it: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toothbrush and toothpaste kits, shower caps, and slippers. The kitchen is fully equipped: Smeg fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and a vacuum. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps the fifth guest. Air conditioning in every room. Mesh WiFi that holds on both floors. Blackout shutters throughout, and a smoke alarm in every room. The way in is the one thing to know: from the complex gate you walk past the communal pool, then down a flight of outdoor steps to the front door, and there is no step-free route. For that reason the apartment is not suited to infants under 2, strollers, or anyone who finds stairs difficult. Inside, the living room and kitchen are downstairs and both bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs. The apartment is self-catering, so there is no daily housekeeping. We will have you set up for your first day or two. In the bathroom there will be hotel toiletries, a bath towel, a hand towel and a pool towel each, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, coffee, tea, a bottle of water each and bin liners in the bins. Anything else you need is close by: you will find the Refresh mini-market on our street, Griva Digeni, open from early morning to late evening, and Papantoniou supermarket in the village for a bigger shop. There is a washing machine in the apartment to wash towels and linen. However, if you would like a fresh set brought over part way through your stay, we can arrange a drop-off through the app. The cost would be EUR 70 for the first set and EUR 30 per additional set.

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Maximum 5 guests, the number on the booking. The apartment is self-catering, and we will have you set up for your first day or two; anything else you need is close by at the Refresh mini-market. There is a washing machine. A fresh set of towels and linen would be EUR 70 for the first set and EUR 30 per additional set, arranged through the app. The only thing we would ask when you leave: dishes washed, food and rubbish out, everything off and locked, key in the box. Not suitable for infants under 2: the way from the gate to the front door is a flight of outdoor steps past the pool, with no step-free route, and there is no cot or high chair. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Quiet hours 22:00 to 08:00, the complex is residential. The pool is shared with the residents: follow the posted rules, no lifeguard on duty. Cyprus plumbing cannot take toilet paper, please use the bin next to the toilet. No pets.
